  • garlic(grated) - 2 cloves
  • Cabbage(grated) - 115 g
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) - 4 springs

  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing pork noodles, cook the dried noodles in salt water for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Keep it aside.
  2. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper powder.
  3. Heat a pan and scramble the eggs. Keep it aside.
  4. Then heat a little more oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and onion with the pork on low flame till it is done.
  5. Saute in cabbage, celery and spring onions.
  6. Add in the cooked, drained noodles and mix it well.
  7. Then add soy sauce and the scrambled eggs.
  8. Pork noodles is ready. Serve hot.
