Instructions
  1. For preparing pork pakora, cook pork in pressure cooker with salt water and turmeric powder.
  2. Strain the pork and keep the pork broth.
  3. Finely chop the cooked pork and keep it aside.
  4. In a bowl mix in chopped pork, maida, gram flour, pepper powder, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, ginger paste and curry leaves. Pour the pork broth and make a thick batter.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and spoon the mixture into the oil. Fry it till golden brown and crisp.
  6. Pork pakora`s are ready. Serve hot.
