Instructions
  1. For preparing pork with veggies, marinate the pork with salt, garlic, olive oil, lime juice and pepper overnight. 2)In a baking tray, bake the marinated pork, spring onions, potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes. Bake till the pork is cooked.
  2. Pork with veggies is ready. Serve hot for dinner.
