Instructions
  1. For preparing potato and dry fenugreek leaves with green peas, grind onion, tomato and ginger-garlic together to form a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the above paste. Saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and salt. Fry till the oil separates.
  4. Then add in the potatoes, green peas and a little water. Close the lid and allow it to cook for 2 whistles. Put off the flame and open the lid after 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fenugreek leaves and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Potato and dry fenugreek leaves with green peas is ready. Serve hot with chappathi.
