  1. Grind coconut,cloves,cardamom andonion in a mixer.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai fry ground coconut,chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder for 2 minutes.
  3. Fry until coconut becomes golden brown.
  4. Grind in a mixer and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in another kadai add mustard seeds.When mustards splutters add red chilly saute for a minute.
  6. Add onions and green chilly saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add tomatoes and saute until it becomes soft.
  8. Add garlic paste to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  9. Add ground mix to this add garam masala and saute for 2 minutes.
  10. Add potato, coconut milk ,salt and water to this and boil for 5 minutes.
  11. Add boiled egg to this and cook until gravy becomes thick
  12. Now potato egg curry is ready to serve.
