Instructions
  1. For preparing potato and prawns, preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius(400 degrees F).
  2. Put the potatoes, onions, garlic, tomatoes, oil and pine nuts in a large baking tray and mix well.
  3. Bake it for 25 minutes. Turn it once after 10 minutes and continue cooking.
  4. Stir in the prawns and cook for a further 5 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder.
  6. Potato and prawns are ready. Serve hot with grated cheese.
