Instructions
  1. For preparing potato cheese pie, mix together mashed potatoes, half of the grated cheese, corn flour, 1 tbsp butter, pepper and salt. Press it well into a greased pie dish and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
  2. In another pan, put the remaining butter and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the onions, capsicum, green chillies, pepper, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add in paneer cubes, milk, tomato puree and the cooked vegetables. Mix well.
  5. Fill this mixture into the potato pie.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and microwave it on high for 2 minutes.
  7. Potato cheese pie is ready. Serve hot.
