Instructions
  1. For preparing potato crackers, boil the potatoes in water till soft. Drain it and then smash the potatoes using the back of the fork. Allow it to cool.
  2. In a bowl add in maida, turmeric powder, fennel seed powder, black sesame seeds, baking powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix it well.
  3. Toss in the mashed potatoes and ghee with the above ingredients. Kneed it well to form a dough.
  4. Heat oil in a vessel on low flame.
  5. Make small balls and roll it out dusting with maida if required.
  6. Cut out small circles and fry it on both the sides.
  7. Potato crackers are ready. Serve as a snack for tea.
