Instructions
  1. For preparing potato dosa, cook the grated potatoes in a little water and salt. Drain the water completely.
  2. In a bowl mix in the cooked potatoes, maida, egg, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onion, green chillies, salt and water. Make it into a smooth batter avoiding lumps.
  3. Heat a pan, spoon a ladle of batter on the pan and make it in the shape of a dosa.
  4. Drizzle a little oil over it.
  5. Fry the dosa on both the sides.
  6. Potato dosa is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
