Instructions
  1. For preparing potato fritters, mix maida, chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger, curry leaves, gram flour and salt with a little water to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  3. Dip each slice of potato in the masala batter and fry it on both the sides till golden brown in colour.
  4. Potato fritters are ready. Serve hot for snacks.
