Ingredients for Potato Fry:
  1. Preparation Method of Potato Fry: 1)Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add potatoes, chillies, curry leaves, turmeric and salt.
  3. Keep on low fire closed with a lid for 5 – 8 mins.
  4. Take the lid off and saute on high fire till some potatos go light brown.
  5. :- It will stick to pan so scrape and saute well.
  6. :- Potato Fry is ready.
  7. :- Serve Potato Fry with rice or chappati as side dish.
