Instructions
  1. For preparing potato in scrambled egg, cook the potatoes in salt water. Drain it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sautT the onion till it becomes transparent.
  3. Toss in the cooked potatoes with chilly powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Add in the beaten eggs with coriander leaves and salt.
  5. Keep mixing it until the egg is scrambled on low flame. Remove it from the flame.
  6. Potato in scrambled egg is ready. Serve hot with chappathi etc.
