Instructions
  1. For preparing potato in tomato gravy, heat oil in a pan.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add the tomatoes, chilly powder and salt.
  4. SautT for 2 minutes on low flame till the tomatoes becomes soft.
  5. Add the curry leaves.
  6. Pour water and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Then add in the potatoes and allow it to cook on low flame.
  8. Add the coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  9. Potato in tomato gravy is ready. Serve hot with bread, chapatti, dosa etc.
