  1. Boil potato with salt and peel aside.
  2. In mean time add sugar and water and make syrup
  3. Mash potato well and add other ingredients Baking soda and all purpose flour
  4. Add Ghee and make dough then rest for ten mins
  5. Make small balls and keep aside
  6. Heat oil pan and fry balls in medium flame
  7. Drain from oil and allow to cool for 5 min
  8. Now add that balls to sugar syrup
  9. Soak for 30 mins and serve. Now it’s ready to serve potato jamun
