  • Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 cups
  • Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Tomatoes(blanched, peeled and cubed) - 2 nos

  • garlic(grated) - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cheese(grated) - 1 cup
  • Butter(soft) - 5 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing potato lamb pie, cook the potatoes and boneless lamb in a pressure cooker with water and salt. Drain the water, separate the potatoes and the lamb pieces.
  2. Mash the potatoes with the back of a fork and put it into a bowl.
  3. Shred the lamb and add it in the bowl.
  4. Mix in 1/2 cup grated cheese, corn flour, milk, cooked green peas, blanched tomatoes, onions, grated garlic, butter, pepper powder and salt.
  5. Put it into a greased pie dish and microwave on high for 15 minutes.
  6. After it is done sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and microwave it on high for 1 minute.
  7. Potato lamb pie is ready. Serve hot.
