Instructions
  1. For preparing potato pepper dry, heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.
  2. Add in the ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves and tomatoes. Fry it well with salt.
  3. Then add in the potatoes and water. Allow it to cook.
  4. Pour in vinegar and add pepper powder and coriander leaves. Allow it to simmer till the water evaporates.
  5. Potato pepper dry is ready. Serve with chapatti.
