Potato Poories
Potato Poori also popularly known as Aloo ki poori is a famous Indian breakfast served along with curry. They are prepared by adding mashed potatoes and few Indian spices in the wheat flour, maida, gram flour. These pooris tastes so sumptuous that they can be consumed as it is. This potato puri or aloo puri is made with very basic ingredients available at home.

Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients except water.
  2. Add just enough water to make a firm dough.
  3. :- When potatoes come into contact with the salt in the mixture, they give out moisture which makes the dough softer.
  4. Keep covered for 15 mins.
  5. Divide into 20 balls and roll out to about 3 mm thick poories.
  6. Deep fry in moderately hot oil, till golden brown on both sides.
