Potato Puffs
Yummy puffs stuffed with potatoes

  • Pastry Puff sheets – 2nos
  • Potatoes(medium) – 2nos
  • Garam masala ½tsp
  • Chilly powder – ½tsp
  • Lemon juice or Amchoor powder – 1tsp
  • Green chillies – 3(chopped) – 4nos
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. Cook potatoes till soft.
  2. Peel and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Place the potato pieces in oil.
  5. Add salt, amchoor powder, garam masala and chilly powder.
  6. Fry them for 5 mins on a medium heat.
  7. Once it¦s done, remove from fire and keep it aside.
  8. Take puffs pastry sheets and roll them a little with the rolling pin.
  9. Cut them into 4 X 4 inches, square pieces.
  10. Place the stuffing on one half of the sheet.
  11. Fold the other remaining half of sheet on the stuffing.
  12. Take a little amount of water and close both the ends of the stuffed puffs.
  13. Follow the same procedure with the remaining stuffing.
  14. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 – 10 minutes or till light brown and crispy.
  15. :- Serve hot with ketchup.
