Instructions
  1. For preparing potato stir fry, crackle cumin seeds in hot oil.
  2. Then add onion, ginger and green chillies. Saute well.
  3. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and salt. Saute for a minute.
  4. Now add in the tomatoes and potatoes.
  5. Mix well and cook covered on low flame with a little water.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Potato stir fry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
