Instructions
  1. For preparing potato subzi, heat sesame oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  2. Add in onion, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute till transparent.
  3. Toss in the potatoes, tomatoes and chilly powder with required water. Allow the potatoes to cook on low flame.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Potato subzi is ready. Serve hot as a side dish with rice or chapatti.
