Instructions
  1. For preparing potato wafers, cook the sliced potatoes in boiling water with salt till it is cooked. Drain the water. Keep it aside.
  2. Grind cumin seeds, salt, ginger and green chillies to a fine paste.
  3. Marinate the cooked potatoes with the above paste.
  4. Dry them out in the sunlight for 5 days.
  5. Store them in an airtight container.
  6. Potato wafers are ready. Fry them in oil before serving.
