Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn coconut roast, heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add in dry red chillies, 2 springs of curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.
  3. Then toss in the onions and salt. Saute it till it becomes transparent on low flame.
  4. Add in kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder, 1 tsp pepper powder and coriander powder. Mix it well.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and toss in the prawns. Mix well and allow it to cook with a closed lid.
  6. Remove the lid and allow it to simmer with curry leaves, coriander leaves and add remaining pepper powder.
  7. Drizzle 2 tbsp of coconut oil, mix it well and allow any remaining coconut milk to dry up.
  8. Prawn coconut roast is ready. Serve hot with cooked tapioca.
