  • Potatoes(grated) - 200 g
  • Pepper(As reqd) -
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) - 2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tsp
  • Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
  • Eggs(beaten) - 2 nos
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn potato cutlet, add salt and chilly powder to the grated potato. Keep it aside.
  2. Chop and fry the prawns in oil well. Remove it out of the flame.
  3. In a bowl add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, spring onions and cooked prawns. Mix well.
  4. Make small balls out of the grated potato and make a small hole in it. Fill the hole with the prawn filling and roll it again into a ball.
  5. Press it slowly and make it in the shape of a cutlet.
  6. Dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs.
  7. Fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
  8. Prawn potato cutlet is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
