  • Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
  • Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
  • Coconut milk - 1 cup
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
  • Fish sauce - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 3 springs
  • Curry leaves - 1 spring
  • Black pepper(A pinch) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn stew, boil the prawns, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, salt, cloves, cinnamon and fish sauce with required water. Allow it to cook.
  2. Pour in the coconut milk, curry leaves, coriander leaves and pepper powder. Allow it to simmer for 1 minute and remove it form the flame.
  3. Prawn stew is ready. Serve hot with bread, porata, rice etc.
