  • Capsicums - 5 nos
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Spaghetti(cooked) - 2 cups
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
  • Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring

Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn stuffed capsicum, cut the caps of the capsicum and clean the inside of it. Keep it aside.
  2. Chop and marinate the prawns in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Drizzle a little olive oil in a vessel and toss in the prawns. Pour a little water, cover and cook it on low flame till half done.
  4. Remove it and put it into a bowl with onion, tomato, spaghetti, pepper powder, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  5. Put the above mixture into the capsicums and replace the cap.
  6. Wrap the stuffed capsicums each separately in foil paper and grill it for 10 minutes.
  7. Prawn stuffed capsicumĀ¦s are ready. Serve hot.
