Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn upma, cook the prawns in salt water for some time.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add in curry leaves and sliced onion till it becomes translucent.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, cooked prawns, green chillies and tomatoes. Fry for some time.
  4. Then add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder & salt. Fry till the oil separates.
  5. Now add the cubed bread and grated coconut. Mix it nicely till all the slices are coated with the prawn masala.
  6. Garnish with the coriander leaves.
  7. Prawn upma is ready. Serve hot for breakfast or snacks.
