  • Prawns(de-veined and cleaned) - 450 g
  • Eggs(beaten) - 4 nos
  • Onions(finely cubed) - 2 nos
  • Ginger(paste) - 2 tsp
  • Garlic cloves(crushed) - 2 cloves
  • Spring onions(sliced) - 5 nos
  • Carrot(peeled and finely cubed) - 1 no
  • Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
  • Green peas(half cooked) - 1/2 cup
  • Oyster sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Long grain rice - 400 g
  • Vegetable oil(As reqd) -
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn veggie rice, cook the rice and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel, add in the eggs, pepper powder and required salt. Scramble it and keep it aside.
  3. Then heat a little more oil in the same vessel. Add onions, ginger paste, garlic and prawns. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add spring onions, peas, carrot, scrambled eggs, corn and oyster sauce. Mix well.
  5. Toss in the cooked rice and fry it over low flame for 10 minutes. Remove it from the flame.
  6. Prawn veggie rice is ready. Serve hot.
