Instructions
  1. For preparing prawns and potato in coconut gravy, clean the prawns and keep the head if required. Keep it aside.
  2. Grind grated coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  3. Take a vessel and add tomatoes, green chillies, 1 spring of curry leaves, shallots and salt.
  4. Squeeze it using your hands.
  5. Then add the potatoes and a little water.
  6. Allow the potatoes to cook.
  7. Once the potatoes are cooked pour the coconut paste and tamarind juice.
  8. Add the prawns and allow it to cook.
  9. Once the prawns are cooked remove it from the flame.
  10. Heat coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add the dry red chillies and 1 spring of curry leaves.
  11. Pour this seasoning in the gravy and mix it well.
  12. Prawns and potato in coconut gravy, is ready. Serve hot with rice.
