Instructions
  1. For preparing prawns dry fry, grind together garlic, dry red chillies, shallots, pepper and a little water to a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds. Drop in the curry leaves and sautT the onions till transparent.
  3. Add in the paste, tomato, turmeric powder and chilly powder. Saute well.
  4. Then add in the prawns, water and salt. Allow it to cook on low flame with the lid.
  5. Once the water dries up, garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
  6. Prawns dry fry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, rice, etc.
