Instructions
  1. For preparing prawns in dry masala, marinate the prawns in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt for 2 hours.
  2. Fry the prawns in olive oil till it becomes light brown.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in a vessel. Add a little more oil if required.
  4. Fry the onions with salt till it becomes transparent.
  5. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and sautT well.
  6. Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, meat masala powder and pepper powder.
  7. Toss in the tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
  8. Put in the fried prawns and curry leaves. SautT it well on low flame for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 a cup of water and close the vessel. Allow it to cook.
  9. Then add in the coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  10. Pour in the curd and mix well. Allow it to simmer for 1 minute and remove it from the flame.
  11. Prawn in dry masala is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, porotta, dosa, etc.
