  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
  • garlic(grated) - 4 cloves
  • Capsicum(cubed) - 1/2 cup
  • Onions(chopped) - 2 nos

  • Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs

Instructions
  1. For preparing prawns in oyster sauce, heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger and garlic for 1 minute on low flame.
  2. Add in the prawns and salt. Saute for 1 minute with little water.
  3. Close the lid and allow it to cook for some time.
  4. Then add in the onions, chilly powder, vinegar, oyster sauce, capsicum, tomato and coriander leaves.
  5. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. Prawns in oyster sauce is ready. Serve hot.
