Instructions
  1. For preparing prawns in yellow gravy, pour half the coconut milk in a non-stick pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Add the onion and tomato. Allow it to simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add cumin seeds, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, curry leaves and salt. Mix it for 5 minutes.
  4. Toss in the prawns, saffron threads and the remaining coconut milk. Allow it to cook on low flame.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Remove it from the heat.
  6. Prawns in yellow gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice.
