Instructions
  1. For preparing pumpkin cream, cook the pumpkin and potato in boiling water and salt. Drain it and keep it aside to cool.
  2. Blend the cooked potato, cooked pumpkin, lime juice, cream and cheese till smooth.
  3. Pumpkin cream is ready. Serve with pancakes for kids.
