Instructions
  1. For preparing pumpkin halwa, cook pumpkin in a pressure cooker with water and sugar. Allow it to cook for 5 whistles.
  2. Open the cooker and allow the remaining water to evaporate on low flame.
  3. When it is nearly dry add the ghee and mix well.
  4. Lastly add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove it from the flame.
  5. Pumpkin halwa is ready. Serve chilled.
