Instructions
  1. For preparing pumpkin raitha, boil pumpkin and mash it with the back of a fork.
  2. Mix mashed pumpkin, curds, chilly powder, cumin powder, asafoetida and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel. Splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves. Pour into pumpkin mixture.
  4. Pumpkin raitha is ready. Serve cold.
