Instructions
  1. For preparing punjabi chola, soak the chick peas over night.
  2. Take a pressure cooker and cook the chick peas till soft.
  3. Grind cumin seeds, green chillies, chilly powder, garlic and turmeric powder.
  4. Fry onions and the ground paste.
  5. Add in the cooked chick peas and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Punjabi chola is ready. Serve with chapathi, rice, bread, etc.
