Ingredients
  • Chicken(boneless) – 250g
  • Onion(chopped) – 1tbsp
  • Ginger(grated) – 2tsp
  • garlic(chopped) – 4cloves
  • Green chilly paste – 2tsp
  • Chaat masala – 1/2tsp
  • All purpose flour(Maida) – 1tbsp
  • Kashmiri Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Lime juice – 2tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. For preparing punjabi fried chicken, marinate chicken with a mixture of all the ingredients.
  2. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  3. Deep fry it in oil.
  4. Punjabi fried chicken is ready.
