Instructions
  1. For preparing quick chickpeas special, heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat and saute the onions until it turns golden brown.
  2. Add in ginger, garlic, chilly powder, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes. Saute it for some time.
  3. Then add in the chickpeas and saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Pour required water and allow the chickpeas to cook on low flame. Cover it with the pressure cooker lid and allow it to cook until the chickpeas are done.
  5. Open the pressure cooker and allow it to boil if there is any water remaining.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and mix it.
  7. Quick chickpeas special is ready. Serve hot.
