Instructions
  1. For preparing quick egg cutlets, pressure cook the potatoes in salt water. Drain the water.
  2. Smash the potatoes using the back of a fork.
  3. In a bowl mix in grated eggs, mashed potatoes, garam masala, pepper powder and salt.
  4. Make small lemon size balls and flatten it a bit in your palms. Keep it aside.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown in colour.
  6. Quick egg cutlets are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
