  • Spring onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing quick fried rice, heat oil in a pan and sautT in the spring onions.
  2. Then add in the cooked basmati rice and sautT it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  3. Add in soya sauce, vinegar and salt.
  4. Toss it on high flame for 1 minute.
  5. Quick basmati rice is ready. Serve hot with chicken curry, vegetable curry, etc.
