Instructions
  1. For preparing rabbit with fresh turmeric, marinate the rabbit with a little sugar and keep it aside.
  2. Grind the macadamia nuts, garlic, onion, ginger, lemon grass, shrimp paste and fresh turmeric to a fine paste.
  3. Strain the tamarind pulp and reserve the juice.
  4. Heat the oil in a vessel and saute the paste without browning until a nice smell comes.
  5. Add the pieces of rabbit, salt, water and strained tamarind juice. Mix well.
  6. Then add the coconut milk, cover and cook until the rabbit is tender.
  7. Rabbit with fresh turmeric is ready.
