Instructions
  1. For preparing radish dosa, soak boiled and raw rice in water for 7 hours.
  2. Grind the soaked boiled rice and raw rice to a fine paste. Pour it in a bowl.
  3. Add in grated radish, shallots, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
  4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  5. Toss it in the radish batter and mix it well.
  6. Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the radish batter on the hot pan and spread it in circles.
  7. Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame. Drizzle a little oil around the dosa¦s.
  8. Radish dosa¦s are ready. Serve immediately with chutney.
