Instructions
  1. For preparing radish fougath, heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Toss in the dry red chillies and the curry leaves.
  3. Add in the radish, turmeric powder, onion, tomato, green chillies, coconut, salt and a little water to allow the radish to cook on low flame.
  4. Radish fougath is ready. Serve hot as a side dish for rice.
