Ingredients
  • ragi flour 1 cup –
  • Water : 1 cup –
  • Salt to taste –
Instructions
  1. boil water with salt
  2. now just put the 3/4 th of ragi flour in it .
  3. stir it, turn off and cover with lid and allow it to rest for 10 mins.
  4. now add the remaining flour and knead to a soft dough
  5. flatten and spread it like chapatis.
  6. cook both sides with ghee or oil and serve.
