  1. Mix together milk powder, maida, baking soda, egg, ghee and make a little hard dough.
  2. Keep this aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Make small balls of lemon size and press with hands.
  4. Boil milk with sugar and cardamom.
  5. When it boils, add the pressed balls and cook till it becomes double the size.
  6. Bring to room temperature and cool.
  7. Serve with sliced pista and enjoy delicious rasmalai.
