Rava Biriyani
Rava Biryani is the delicious royal biryani, where semolina, and peas are used with spices to create this filling and aromatic dish. The spices used for making rava biryani will make it more delicious. Normally, we used to prepare upma, idli with this rava/semolina. This is the new version of preparing a flavorful, tasty biriyani wth this rava. This one pot dish can be served simply with onion raita.

  1. Roast the rava by adding Ghee
  2. Prepare coconut milk
  3. Slice the green chili and onion
  4. Heat the oil in the pan and temper the Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom and bay leaf
  5. saute the onion and green chili
  6. add min leaves and coriander leaves
  7. Add ginger garlic paste and salt and mix it
  8. add coconut milk and 2 glass of water
  9. add boiled peas and mix it
  10. Now add roasted Rawa and stir constinuously
  11. keep low flame once it get 3/4 cooked
  12. Now Rawa biriyani is ready. serve with chutney
