  1. For preparing rava kichadi, first heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add garam masala, onion, vegetables and green chillies.
  3. Saute for a while and add turmeric powder.
  4. Now add rava and fry for few minutes.
  5. Boil water in a vessel with required salt.
  6. Pour the water to the rava mixture and mix well.
  7. Do not make it too sticky. Add little oil and fry it again.
  8. Finally add coriander leaves.
  9. Rava kichadi is ready.
