Ingredients
  • Raw mango 1 no. –
  • coconut 1/5 cup –
  • green chili 2 no. –
  • Ginger : small piece –
  • coriander leaves 3tsp –
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Sugar : 1 tsp –
  • Oil : 2 tsp –
  • mustard 1/4 tsp –
  • urad dal 1/4 tsp –
  • curry leaves 1 sprinkle –
Instructions
  1. chop the raw mango, green chili, ginger, coconut
  2. in a blender add all ingredients and grind it by adding limited water
  3. heat the oil and temper the mustard and curry leaves and transfer the the chutney. now raw mango chutney is ready to serve. serve with dosa
