Instructions
  1. For preparing raw mango coolant, pressure cook the raw green mangoes in a pressure cooker with a little water. Strain it.
  2. Peel the skin and remove the pulpy flesh. Discard the seeds and allow it to cool.
  3. Put the pulp in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Then blend the chilled pulp, caster sugar, salt and green cardamom powder.
  5. Slowly pour in required cold water and blend it till smooth.
  6. Pour the juice in a glass along with saffron and mix well.
  7. Garnish with ice-cubes.
  8. Raw mango coolant is ready. Serve chilled.
