Raw Mango Rice
It is a nice andra dish we can eat as break fast or lunch or dinner.Kids will love this.Potato chips and pappad is a nice combination for raw mango rice.

Ingredients
  • Raw mango grated – 1/2cup
  • Mustard – 1tsp
  • Onion 1
  • green chilli – 4
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Cooked white Rice – 1cup
  • Salt 1tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai add mustard’s.When mustard’s splutter add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add green chilli to this and saute for a minute.
  3. Add grated raw mangoes to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder stir for a minute.
  5. Add this mix to cooked rice and mix all together.
